Manufactured with advanced elastomeric bitumen technology, it provides outstanding flexibility and mechanical durability.
PRODUCT STRUCTURE
Sim Flex is produced with:
- SBS-modified bitumen
- Special fine mineral granule–coated upper surface
- Polyethylene film–coated lower surface
- High-strength polyester felt reinforcement
With a bitumen elongation rate of 1800% and a –25°C cold flexibility performance, it delivers exceptional crack-bridging capability and resistance to thermal stress.
