Sim Garden Membrane is a high-performance root-resistant bituminous waterproofing membrane available in two versions:

• APP modified (Panda Garden) – ideal for hot and continental climates
• SBS modified (Fok Garden) – superior flexibility for cold climates

The membrane is reinforced with high-strength polyester carrier, coated with polyethylene film on both sides, and specially formulated to provide long-term resistance against plant root penetration.
