Bitumen-Based Waterproofing Primer
SIM Primer is a ready-to-use, water-based bitumen primer produced through a special blending process of bitumen and water. It is designed to be used as a primer coat before the application of bituminous waterproofing membranes.
Thanks to its strong bonding structure, SIM Primer enhances surface adhesion and ensures improved bonding performance of the membrane applied on top, thereby increasing the overall waterproofing efficiency of the system.
