Fok Series SBS modified bituminous membranes are high-performance waterproofing solutions designed for cold and harsh climate conditions. The bitumen is modified with Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS), a thermoplastic elastomer that enhances elasticity, flexibility, and long-term durability.

To improve mechanical resistance and dimensional stability, the membranes are reinforced with fiberglass or polyester carrier layers, ensuring reliable performance under structural stress and dynamic movements.
